LearningWorks Issues RFP for New Strategic Plan
LearningWorks is seeking proposals from experienced consultants to lead a new strategic planning process that will guide our operations for the next three years. We would like to find a consultant who will help us grapple with some big questions related to our finances, programs, physical space, and more. We also want to create a vision for sharing our expertise in alternative education, positive youth development, and restorative justice more broadly. We’d like to ensure we have the right mix of programs to fulfill our mission and meet the community’s needs. Finally, we seek to improve our internal knowledge, goals, and practices related to diversity, equity, and inclusion in and outside of the classroom.
