LWAS volunteers provide academic support and enrichment activities for students in grades 2-5 who attend elementary schools in Portland, South Portland, Biddeford, and Waterboro.

EL+LP volunteers are trained to become English language instructors who provide free educational services to new Mainers seeking to improve reading, writing, and related literacy skills.
