COVID-19 Agency Updates
Dear LearningWorks Community,
The health and safety of our families, staff and community is my greatest priority. Effective March 16, 2020, all programming is canceled for the next two weeks due to the continued spread of COVID-19 in Maine. The best information we have at this time indicates that social distancing is a critical strategy to protect the well-being of our whole community.
We will reassess the situation daily. We plan to resume programs and services once it’s safe for our staff and students. In the meantime, I have asked all staff to work from home, and we are working throughout this weekend to inform all of our students, their families, and our school and community partners of our plans.

Our programs are delivered by a team of educators and professionals who are talented, passionate, and dedicated. It hasn’t been an easy decision for us to step away from our classrooms. We will miss our students dearly. Though we can’t be together in our classrooms now, our staff will begin exploring options for remote teaching and learning, and we’ll continue all the behind the scenes work that is required to reimagine learning so that all of our students can realize their potential and build thriving communities.
