Lynn Alexander, At Large

Vice President, Receivables Risk Operations, WEX

Experience: I am extremely passionate about children. All children deserve to receive an education that will allow them to thrive and build a foundation for their futures. The traditional school system doesn’t always work, so alternatives such as the four programs that LearningWorks offers, are very much needed to close the gaps and make sure all children have a chance. I attended a fundraising event for LW a few years ago where I heard first hand stories from some of the youth who had gone through the programs. That inspired me to get involved, initially through donations. A few years later, I had the opportunity to join the board and jumped at the chance. This is an organization that is making a difference and I really wanted to be a part of it!
