Experience: The mission of LearningWorks spoke to me from the very first time that I learned about it. As an organization that focuses solely on providing alternative means of education, LearningWorks is serving a critically important purpose. We just cannot underestimate the value that investment in education will return to individuals and their communities.

Education: Camilo is responsible for leading the Finance and Actuarial teams of one of Unum’s divisions. He is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries and has over 15 years of experience working in the insurance industry. Camilo was born in Guayaquil, Ecuador and moved to the United States (central Connecticut) with his parents and sister at the age of 9. He is a big sports fan and enjoys exploring the Maine outdoors. Camilo, his wife Emily, and two sons reside in Yarmouth.
