Experience: Richard Naylor joined our administrative team in February 2022 as our finance director. Richard came to LearningWorks after 12 years as the Controller at Becker College in Worcester, MA. As Controller, he ensured seamless audits, collaborated with the finance team on the annual budget process, restructured and improved their Accounts Receivable, and more. Richard brings a wealth of experience and professionalism along with a kind, warm, and reassuring demeanor.
