LearningWorks provides free graffiti removal in Portland's Downtown District and Service Works Graffiti Removal throughout the city of Portland.

Painting over graffiti is done throughout the year as weather permits. However, graffiti removal from brick, stone or concrete is done from mid-May to mid-October.
