LearningWorks AIMSHIGH AmeriCorps Program
AmeriCorps Volunteers in the AIMS HIGH program serve together with a team of other committed members and a LearningWorks Site Coordinator to support teachers and school administrators by providing mentoring, tutoring,student enrichment programming and developing community service project both in and outside of schools. Youth Building Alternatives (YBA): Meets M-F, 8-2:30 p.m.
Provides long term classroom instruction toward a GED, job-site skill training, and support services for young men and women (16 1/2-24 years of age) who have dropped out of high school. Hours are Monday – Friday, 8:00 – 2:30 P.M. at LearningWorks, 181 Brackett Street.

LearningWorks AfterSchool & Summer Program
Provides academic support, homework help and enrichment activities for students, grades 3-5, who attend elementary schools in Portland, South Portland, Biddeford, and Waterboro.

Provides adult students the skills they need to learn the English Language through classes and one on one tutoring.
